Jerilyn Lee, General Manager
Jerilyn is an innovative team and resident-centered leader with a wealth of experience in the Senior Living industry. She instructs at Douglas College in the Therapeutic Recreation Program and has been a recipient of the British Columbia Therapeutic Recreation Volunteer Recognition Award. Jerilyn’s vision and values are well aligned with PARC’s, and she is happy to lead such a dedicated group of managers and staff.
Monica Webb, Sales Manager
Monica moved to BC at a young age and ended up residing in Richmond. She gravitated towards working with seniors in her career and has spent the past 14 years in this industry. She joined Mulberry PARC in 2012 within her current marketing and sales role, and is very energized and happy, assisting seniors in their decision to move into the residence and facilitating them in that process.
Silvia Moutinho, Resident Services Manager
Silvia found her way to Mulberry PARC shortly after it opened in 2006 and joined the company in a receptionist role. She quickly developed a passion for working with seniors and their families, and in October 2011, she was thrilled to be offered her position as Resident Services Manager. Silvia is responsible for all resident services including coordinating move-ins, transfers and move-outs, optional services, tours, supervising the house-keepers and reception staff.
Keith Doerksen, Executive Chef
Keith is no newcomer. He has four years experience working in retirement communities, including as Intern Chef for Mulberry PARC. After finishing top of his class in Culinary School in 2006, he went on to hone his craft at fine dining establishments such as: Quattro, Rocky Mountaineer, Five Sails, the Flying Pig and the Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club. Now as Mulberry’s Executive Chef, Keith delivers sumptuous, innovative cuisine with a focus on freshness and nutrition.
Bev Kordi, LPN Wellness Nurse
Bev’s 25 years of nursing has exposed her to numerous facets of health care including acute care, community care such as home support and home health liaison, plus more. Prior to joining PARC Retirement Living, she worked as an LPN Nursing Supervisor at Bayshore Home Health, which provided home support services. She offers Mulberry PARC residents the guidance they need to manage their health situations and access resources.
Dan Nobert, Building Services Manager
Dan comes to PARC Retirement Living with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has already been with the PARC team for a few years as a Maintenance Assistant at both Summerhill and Westerleigh PARC. Dan is a hands-on, professional problem-solver with a strong understanding of what it takes to keep Mulberry PARC operating in tip top shape.
