Shelley Grenier, General Manager

Shelley comes to us with a vast amount of managerial experience and education at both a community and head office level in a variety of facets including recreation, home support and sales and marketing.  She has extensive experience working with seniors and their families.  Shelley states that her role as General Manager at Westerleigh PARC is her most rewarding and considers it a privilege. Shelley is thrilled to be a member of the PARC team.


Julia Yuen, Assistant General Manager

Julia brings over twenty-five years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience to our team. She has enjoyed a wide range of experience at PARC including sales, business development, and operations. Julia now applies this combined expertise to her role as Assistant General Manager, with a consistent focus on ensuring that Westerleigh PARC residents enjoy best-in-class retirement living.

Gail Wilson, Sales Manager

Gail Wilson helped establish the extended care floor of Lynn Valley Care Centre, developing programs for its residents and conducting outside sales. Her firsthand experience with aging parents brought Gail to realize her mission in life, and she joined Westerleigh PARC in 2010.  Now, as Sales Manager, Gail assists residents and visitors alike from the moment they first step through the doors.

Miho Ward, Active Living Manager

Miho plans, facilitates and promotes programs and activities that encourage a healthy, independent lifestyle for residents. By advocating a physical, social and spiritual health and wellness, encouraging participation and a sense of belonging and community, the Active Living Manager can create a stable balance in our residents’ lifestyles.

Paul Marshall, Executive Chef

Paul has years of experience with landmark organizations such as The Hotel Vancouver, the Stanley Park Pavilion and The Dubrulle International School of Culinary Arts. For 5 years, Chef Paul delighted the palates of our Summerhill PARC residents with his fine dining cuisine, balanced with nutritious home-style cooking. Today, he brings his culinary know-how and variety of flavours to our newest retirement residence, Westerleigh PARC.

Vickie Hsu, Wellness Nurse

Vickie‚Äôs 11 years of nursing experience has seen her work in a variety of roles at Burnaby General Hospital, the GF Strong Rehab Centre, Vancouver General Hospital, and the Solid Organ Transplant Unit.  After running her own private home health business for the past two years she brings with her vast experience of care in both community and hospital settings.  Vickie is excited to embark on this new role while assisting Westerleigh PARC residents with their health service needs.
