Twenty-five years ago, PARC Retirement Living set out to build a different kind of retirement community – one where independent older adults could thrive. 25 years in, we’re still growing 

Twenty-five years after opening our first residence, PARC has grown from one community on the North Shore to seven residences across BC. 

But our story has never been just about growth. It’s about the people who have built careers here, the teams they’ve helped create and the many residents whose lives they’ve touched along the way.
