Oceana PARC will be home to three separate dining venues, depending on what you’re in the mood for: casual, elegant, and grab-and-go. Residents will be automatically enrolled into the PARC SELECT dining plan which gives you the flexibility to dine in or out, without having to worry about skipping meals. Of course, you still have the option to enroll in our more traditional all-inclusive dining plan, PARC CLUB if you wish.

4. Glorious outdoor space

There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun or shade.
