Armed with an MBA in Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Aru blends financial expertise with genuine care. She also holds certifications in Dementia Care and First Aid & CPR/AED, ensuring residents receive both qualified care and peace of mind.

Her true passion? Creating a community where residents feel seen, supported and able to make the most of every day. She listens closely, solves problems quickly and notices the little details that make life more enjoyable.
