He’s focused on sourcing fresh, local ingredients, creating nutritious and delightful menus, and importantly, providing mentorship to younger team members. Having worked his way up from an entry level cook role, Christopher’s got all the right ingredients to build a top-notch food program. His previous positions range from sous chef to culinary director for a variety of upscale independent retirement residences, proving he knows his way around a retirement residence kitchen!
A born and bred North Vancourite, Christopher is truly a perfect fit for Cedar Springs – and he duly appreciates the quick commute – just blocks from his home. After work, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, camping, hiking and watching his favourite football team, the Denver Broncos.
