HeeSon is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience working in full service hotels in the Okanagan Valley. She brings with her strong hospitality management experience, particularly in food and beverage services. Recently, she spent over 3 years as the General Manager at Tapestry at Arbutus Walk, a luxury retirement community in Kitsilano.

After spending many years in the hotel industry, HeeSon was looking to make a more personal connection with each guest and a difference in the lives of those she was serving. She experienced the first hand benefits of community living when she saw her mother become more vibrant and engaged after moving into a retirement community.

Outside of work, HeeSon enjoys playing soccer, running in the morning, going downhill skiing, boating and wakeboarding, wine tasting, cooking and reading.
