With over 30 years of experience in the culinary world, Josef has been with Cedar Springs PARC since opening and was the former Chef de Cuisine at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Growing up in a small village in Switzerland, the land of delicious cheese and chocolate, food, cooking and eating were Josef’s passions. Today, he also finds great joy in connecting with local producers, mentoring young people entering the culinary field and connecting with residents. He encourages residents to taste new flavours and is always open to their feedback.
In his spare time, Chef Josef enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with his family.
