As General Manager of Cristalina PARC, Angie MacKenzie brings care in abundance. Her more than 15 years of experience in senior living has equipped her with a strong foundation in leadership, operations and team development. And it’s been a winning combination.
Her previous role as General Manager of a large Alberta-based community saw her supporting more than 300 residents, where she led the team in delivering exceptional service and creating everyday opportunities for meaningful engagement. On top of that, Angie is deeply committed to building strong, trust-based relationships and believes that a connected community is the foundation of a vibrant one.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys playing golf with her fiancé, a reflection of her belief in balance, connection and making the most of every moment.
