Brenda joins us with a wealth of experience in senior living operations and a passion for promoting wellness. Brenda is a dynamic and dedicated leader with expertise in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology from Huntington University and several certifications, including Certified Professional Consultant on Aging, and a certificate in Grief & Loss Counseling.
Throughout her career, Brenda has demonstrated success in overseeing operations at various senior living communities. She has excelled in managing all aspects of operations, including sales and marketing, financial and human resources, dining services, and facilities management.
Brenda’s strong background in customer service, team building, conflict resolution, and coaching will be invaluable to Cristalina PARC, additionally, her marketing and communication skills will be a great asset as Cristalina PARC continues to welcome vibrant residents.
