Jeremy joins the Cristalina PARC team with over 15 years of culinary expertise, with a wealth of experience from the senior living industry, Chef de Partie for 4 years with the Hotel Eldorado and as a Personal Caterer at Essence Catering. As a culinary graduate with honours from Okanagan College and completing his Red Seal certification, he trained as Sous Chef at Coast Capri Hotel in The Vintage Dining Room.
Outside of work, Jeremy was heavily involved with Sea Cadets and Sailing earning a Bronze Sail V competitive certification. Now Jeremy loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He loves biking and going to the gym, the beach, and anything creative or arts related.
