Having supported elderly family members herself, Tricia understands firsthand the challenges seniors face and the importance of building trust especially as they make a transition into senior living. This experience has equipped her with practical knowledge that she shares regularly with residents, helping them navigate their own unique journeys. At Cristalina PARC, Tricia is thrilled to be part of a team that values the wellbeing of independent seniors.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys staying active through cycling, hiking, snowshoeing, and working out.
