Chris Gan brings a lifetime of experience, a global perspective and a deep commitment to service to his role as Building Services Supervisor at Mulberry PARC.

With a degree in Business Administration from the Philippines, Chris began his career with a decade spent in the shipping industry. His career then took him to Dubai, where he was part of the pre-opening team at the Fairmont Dubai. There, his dedication to operational excellence and exceptional service earned him Employee of the Year.

After moving to Vancouver in 2010, Chris earned his Certified Resident Manager designation and went on to manage residential buildings across Metro Vancouver. When he realized his true calling was in working with seniors, he pivoted to work with several senior living communities before joining PARC in 2025. 

Known for his strong work ethic, professionalism and breadth of expertise across hospitality, facilities management and customer service, Chris was drawn to PARC’s reputation as a leader in senior living. He values his interactions with residents as one of the most meaningful ways to grow and continually improve the service experience.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his family – camping, road-tripping, biking and exploring British Columbia and beyond. An avid mountaineer, he also has his sights set on a trek to Everest Base Camp.
