Gabriel is a Red Seal chef with over a decade of experience in hotels and restaurants. He began his career in Manila, moving on to the United States and then to the Pan Pacific in Vancouver. He has won gold in several culinary competitions including EAT! Vancouver and VCC top apprentice.
Gabriel loves knowing that what he does each day affects the lives of the people he cooks for – preparing delicious meals and making residents happy gives him tremendous job satisfaction!
In his spare time, Gabriel soaks up time with his wife and toddler at Vancouver’s parks and beaches. He also enjoys playing basketball.
