Kris Tennant brings more than 20 years of culinary expertise to PARC – along with a profound dedication to creating unforgettable dining for our residents.
As a culinary graduate of Edmonton’s NAIT, Kris earned his Red Seal certification in 2017. His lengthy career has taken him from the oilfields of Northern Alberta, cooking for hundreds of workers, to the PNE, where he catered for legendary musical acts from KISS and Lady Gaga to Blue Rodeo and many others, as the organization’s Chef and Kitchen Manager.
Drawn to PARC’s community feel and commitment to work-life balance, Kris joined Mulberry PARC in 2024. His finely-tuned organizational skills and culinary talent allow him to consistently enhance the dining experience at PARC with fresh ideas and variety.
Outside of work, Kris loves spending time with his wife and their dog, camping and hiking, as well as attending live music. He plays hockey and basketball, and describes himself as a “giant” Vancouver Canucks fan.
