Shaun’s impressive culinary journey started in 2005 at Coast Hotels and Resorts where Shaun’s apprenticeship, training and joy for food and menu development began. Over the next few years honing his craft as Chef De Partie, Fairmont Hotel and Senior Chef De Partie, Pan Pacific Hotel, Shaun became an expert at food quality, creation and superior restaurant management. We are delighted to have Sean join our talented Oceana team as our Executive Chef.
