With more than 25 years’ experience in the senior’s housing sector, Adena Waffle brings a solid reputation for strategic, values-based leadership to PARC. But she’s no stranger to our operations: from 2006 to 2008, Adena was the General Manager at Summerhill PARC. Now she returns with a deep understanding of what it means to build meaningful communities. 

Adena’s leadership experience spans 15 years in senior roles where she drove improvements in resident and employee experiences, and demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, innovation and wellness. She has also made significant contributions to the broader industry, completing two terms on the BC Senior Living Association Board, most recently as Past President.

Outside of work, Adena co-chairs school fundraisers, serves on local committees, and coaches youth sports teams on the North Shore. Rooted in purpose, Adena is dedicated to making every community she touches feel like home.
