Ildiko brings a wide range of skills and an international business flair to her position as HR Manager, anchored by a master’s degree in social science and her CPHR designation.

Having joined PARC as an HR Coordinator in 2021, Ildiko has swiftly moved to a management role thanks to her well-honed skills in Canadian and International markets. She is a vibrant team player who possesses valuable and highly desirable qualities of calmness, trustworthy listening skills, an empathetic and intelligent approach to coaching, and knowledge-based problem-solving.

Ildiko started her career in Copenhagen, Denmark, before moving to Budapest, Hungary. She and her husband brought their adventurous spirit to Vancouver in 2020 and continue to nurture it through travel and discovering new cultures. Her renowned baking hobby adds another layer of sweetness to the experience she brings to PARC.
