Whether she’s leading a complex project or finding creative solutions to everyday operational challenges, Sarah Hussey is happiest when she’s bringing people, ideas and resources together to create something meaningful.

Sarah began her career in hospitality after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel & Food Administration from the University of Guelph. She built a diverse foundation of experience in restaurant openings, luxury hotel operations, food and beverage consulting, and large-scale group sales and events. Along the way, she developed a strong passion for nurturing collaborative teams and helping organizations to thrive.

She joined PARC in 2019 as Restaurant Manager at Westerleigh PARC, then moved into Resident Services Manager roles at Mulberry PARC and Cedar Springs PARC, expanding her focus to the full resident experience.

Her work has since extended across several PARC communities as a subcontract manager, supporting operations at Oceana PARC, Cristalina PARC and Athens Creek. Across every role, Sarah has remained closely connected to the idea that PARC communities succeed when they operate like extended families – built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose.

Alongside her work at PARC, Sarah completed her Project Management Certificate through the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2025, further strengthening her ability to support operational excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local trails with her husband and their dog, gardening, practising yoga, travelling and turning fresh farmers’ market finds into homemade preserves to share with family and friends.
