Yvan’s passion and expertise for the hospitality industry began in his native Switzerland, he would graduate as Master Chef of the Culinary Arts and subsequently completed a credential for financial services.
Yvan is enthusiastic to be part of PARC present and future developments.
Outside of work, you’ll find him learning new skills, reading, biking, travelling and working on home improvement projects.
