Regional Food & Beverage Manager [email protected]With 35 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry, Yvan has been instrumental in opening several establishments, and has valuable knowledge in operational management through supporting teams like Toptable Group. Yvan’s passion and expertise for the hospitality industry began in his native Switzerland, where he graduated as Master Chef of the Culinary Arts, and subsequently completed a credential for financial services.
Yvan is enthusiastic to be part of PARC’s current and future developments. He brings his mastery to our Food & Beverage teams, enhancing the dining experience for all of our residents and their guests.
Outside of work, you’ll find him learning new skills, reading, biking, travelling and working on home improvement projects.
