A certified chef with a lifelong passion for gastronomy, Ferdinand has honed his skills in a range of cultural and modern cuisines, gaining mastery of advanced knife skills as well as sushi. He’s privileged to have been mentored by Michelin Star chefs from Japan, the U.S. and Canada.
