Ferdinand brings nearly 20 years of culinary experience to his role as at Summerhill PARC. A certified chef with a lifelong passion for gastronomy, Ferdinand has honed his skills in a range of cultural and modern cuisines, gaining mastery of advanced knife skills as well as sushi. He’s privileged to have been mentored by Michelin Star chefs from Japan, the U.S. and Canada.

At Summerhill PARC, Ferdinand’s skills and creativity have found the perfect home. He shares PARC’s core commitment to providing high-quality, nutritious and diverse meals that enhance our quality of life for residents – and his innovative culinary techniques help ensure delightful dining experiences for all.

Outside of his professional life, Ferdinand enjoys exploring new culinary trends, playing sports and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
