Working with people has always been Heny’s passion. She spent 16 years of her career as a Human Resources Professional in her home country, Indonesia. She attained her master’s degree in Strategic Management and has also recently graduated from the Business Management program at Vancouver Community College.

Joining the Senior Living industry is a new endeavor, and Heny has already discovered that seniors have a special place in her heart. Making a difference in seniors’ lives and watching them thrive brings Heny joy and meaning to her work. She enjoys listening to and learning from the rich life stories and experiences PARC residents share with her.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, hiking, and goofy dancing.
