Chef Robert is originally from St. Catharines, Ontario and completed his culinary training at Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology. His career has taken him to various hotels and restaurants including the Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa, Vancouver’s Waterfront Centre, the Westin Bayshore and the Teahouse in Stanley Park. Robert began to work in seniors dining over 10 years ago. He enjoys cooking up a great summer BBQ and is an avid sports fan. In his spare time Robert is an avid golfer – he can’t wait to tee off with the PARC Team at next year’s golf tournaments.
