Daniel Boulier
Chef de Cuisine [email protected]Daniel has been with PARC for the last 21 years and is our longest tenured male employee! Daniel started his journey as a server at our other North Vancouver residence Summerhill PARC, and eventually worked his way up to Kitchen Aide, Cook 1 and most recently Senior Chef de Partie. He is proud to have successfully earned his Red Seal Certification and the experience and mentorship he received at PARC. He is looking forward to leading his new team at Cedar Springs PARC and giving his residents the high-quality dining experiences they deserve.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, cruising around the world to different ports of call and cooking up a “mean” BBQ. He is an avid hockey enthusiast, tech follower and loves living on the North Shore.
