Active. Connected. Vibrant.
You’ll notice something very different about PARC Retirement Living. We get involved at every level. We not only build and operate all our premium retirement residences, but we also connect with and contribute to the well-being of the local communities we’re part of. And we do it all with a whole lot of heart.
How it all started
“In 1994, my mother moved into a retirement residence, changing both her life and mine. Her life become richer and more fulfilled because she lived in the heart of her community with great services, activities and new friends – all in a beautiful and familiar setting. This personal experience led me to change the course of my architecture career to focus exclusively on the design, development and management of retirement residences.
Today, PARC Retirement Living prides itself on building and operating inspired spaces where seniors can live with vibrancy and vitality. We look forward to welcoming you.”

Highlights over
the years
More than just a
place to live
Our retirement residences are premium communities in central locations. They’re inspiring living spaces where residents come to live well, stay active and engage with a vibrant community of like-minded people.
Our premium amenities and services enable our residents to live with creativity, independence and freedom. Think variety over predictability, creativity over boredom and thriving over surviving.
Connected to our community
We contribute to the well-being of the local community and become an integral part of the neighbourhood.
We do this by supporting programs that directly involve and interest our residents, as well as attract independent seniors to local neighbourhoods. We also partner with non-profit organizations that support a broad cross-section of services to help strengthen the community. Each year, we contribute more than $300K to local organizations that make a difference in the lives of seniors.
