Keeping you safe is one of our top priorities when you move into a PARC residence. Our buildings are thoughtfully built and designed with features that keep you safe and give your family peace of mind.
Safety pendant
All residents receive a pendant that provides access to 24-hour emergency response and assistance by a CPR-certified team (in-suite and throughout the building).
Emergency pull cords
You’ll find emergency pull cords in your suite and throughout the building. In case of an emergency, a pull of the cord will dispatch an emergency-response team to assist you.
Staff available 24 hours a day
Our team is available to assist you 24 hours a day so you’re always supported, no matter the time of day.
Video monitoring
Entrances and parkades are monitored by video to keep you and our community safe.
In-suite safety features
All of our buildings are thoughtfully designed with senior safety and support in mind. In the suites, fire-safe carpeting and slip-resistant flooring help to avoid trips and falls. Grab bars and spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers enable you to get in and out of the shower and bathroom easily. Wide doorways and open spaces make it easy to move about, even if you have a cane or walker.
Weekly light housekeeping
To make sure our residents live in a clean and safe environment, weekly housekeeping is covered by their monthly fee.
