John is a seasoned leader in the senior living and hospitality industries, with a rich and varied career spanning more than 30 years. As General Manager of Cristalina PARC, John’s vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping a vibrant and inclusive community where residents thrive and flourish.

Prior to joining PARC, John served as General Manager at other local retirement communities, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership. He ensured the safety and well-being of residents while maintaining seamless day-to-day operations. This steadfast commitment to resident comfort and security has been a cornerstone of his approach throughout his career.

John has lived in the Okanagan for several decades and is deeply invested in giving back to his community through various volunteer projects. Outside of work hours, you’ll also find him with his family and their pets, taking full advantage of the four-season playground offered by the region.
