HeeSon is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience working in full service hotels and senior living organizations. Her leadership abilities, operational efficiencies, cross-training skills and knowledge of PARC’s offerings and services make her a valuable asset to our team.

After spending many years in the hotel industry, HeeSon was looking to make a more personal connection with each guest and a difference in the lives of those she was serving. She experienced the first hand benefits of senior living when she saw her mother become more vibrant and engaged after moving into a retirement community. HeeSon first joined PARC as the General Manager for Westerleigh PARC, later leading her to the General Manager role at Cedar Springs PARC. We are thrilled to have HeeSon oversee operations, connecting all PARC residences, operations management teams, and PARC’s Executive Team.

Outside of work, HeeSon enjoys playing soccer, running in the morning, going downhill skiing, boating and wakeboarding, wine tasting, cooking and reading.
