Kaila leads the PARC HR team utilizing her background in commercial real estate and hospitality where she provided strategic guidance and counsel to national clients. With 10 years in Human Resources, Kaila has a proven track record of driving positive workplace culture, people development, and launching initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

Kaila holds an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business and plays a pivotal role in supporting our employees by enhancing our overall HR strategy and adding value to the employee experience at PARC.

When she’s not in the office or visiting one of our residences, you can find Kaila recreating in the outdoors year-round. She pursues this passion by mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, and hiking various mountain ranges across BC and Alberta.
