Kirk comes from a long-time family business of land development and heavy equipment construction in Nova Scotia. Kirk’s career started in Calgary, Alberta in manufacturing where he helped leverage government relationships and marketing to expand from a local company into a global market. He then returned to the land development industry developing wood-framed residential condo buildings and the creation of 2 subdivisions in Calgary.

Kirk’s childhood dream was to become a pilot and although that didn’t materialize, he worked as a flight attendant for 10 wonderful years where he built meaningful and strong relationships. He’s had a fulfilling life of travel and experienced various cultural backgrounds – in fact, Kirk only has Antarctica left on his list to travel to. Kirk’s extensive background and experience makes him the perfect fit to work alongside independent seniors transitioning into a vibrant, social and active environment.
